You are tied with the same routine- wake,study,sleep and repeat and you need a break.
You're emotionally or mentally drained due to overload of studying.
Does the Hamas charter specifically call for the death of all Jews and the destruction of Israel?
It's okay to take breaks and be in solidarity with yourself.
